Yabgu Kaya, who started his career in the tourism sector during his high school years, gained an international vision by consulting Turkish customers in a company operating in Slovakia at a young age. Kaya, who completed his first university education in Prague, took an active role in the entertainment and tourism sector and was instrumental in the realisation of innovative concepts such as night city tours.
When he returned to Turkey, he started his education at Adnan Menderes University in the department of tourist guidance. However, his passion for seafaring led him to a new path and a dream he had one night became a turning point that completely changed his career. This decision led him to gain experience in many fields in the maritime sector such as sailing, captaincy, boat ownership, maintenance-repair company management, organisation and marketing.
Today, Yabgu Kaya continues to make a difference in the industry as a yacht broker. With her unorthodox approach, she not only provides yacht charter and sales services to her clients, but has also been at the forefront of innovations in the sector with after-sales support and tailor-made organisations. Thanks to its work ethic, open-mindedness and customer-oriented service approach, it offers complete solutions to the needs of different audiences in both charter and sales processes.

I am Remzi Yılmaz. I was born and raised in Marmaris and have lived a life intertwined with the sea since my childhood. Starting to work in the blue cruise sector, which is our family profession, at an early age, I had the opportunity to closely learn both the operations on the field and the systems behind the scenes of the yachting world.
Over the years, I have gained in-depth knowledge and skills not only in maritime, but also in design, software and automation systems. Today, in addition to yacht support services, I actively carry out projects in many technical areas such as web development, user interface design, process automation, data analysis and artificial intelligence integration.
Thanks to this hybrid approach, I offer highly efficient, modern and reliable solutions both in the field and in the digital environment under the roof of Yacht Assist. Thanks to my attention to detail in my work, my disciplined working style and my interest in technology; I provide yacht owners not only operational support but also technological guidance.
