Foreign flagged commercial yachts sailing in Turkey are obliged to pay a fee at the rate of full length of the boat x 30 USD for each voyage. 

International Documents and Flag Selection

Internationally recognised documents are required for commercial class yachts going to Greek Islands and European ports. However, since the American flag state cannot provide these documents, the US flag is not recommended for yachts to be used for commercial purposes.

Instead, the Panama and Marshall Islands flags are internationally recognised and accepted in Turkey, the Greek Islands, European ports and throughout the world.
